Who We Are
Ash Wall
Founder
Ash brings public, private, and nonprofit experience to his consulting. He believes in cross-pollinating perspectives from different sectors and industries, helping bring fresh ideas to catalyze team development. His practice is supplemented by his previous experience, including growing a boutique consultancy, building and expanding a platform to help retailers reward their customers at a software start-up in Auckland, New Zealand, three years managing coalition building and international affairs policy on the staff of a U.S. Senator in Washington, DC, and teaching American studies at a school in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Ash enjoys getting to know teams and organizations, helping them achieve their goals within their contexts, in ways that are thoughtful, authentic, and sustainable.
Ash has worked with a variety of clients to help teams grow, including growing biotech companies, management consulting firms, startups and high-growth companies, private equity firms, youth-development nonprofits, media companies, and public-private enterprises. Ash likes to help clients think creatively, bringing in innovative research and concepts to get teams to the next level.
Kaylin Aarts
Principal
Kaylin is an organizational development consultant, facilitator, and coach who helps individuals and teams work with greater clarity and impact. She has worked across sectors—from startups to Fortune 500s—helping organizations cultivate intention, drive action, and improve collaboration.

Her career began in project management and operations, leading teams in advertising agencies, an ed-tech startup, a nonprofit, and a well-known CPG brand. These experiences sharpened her ability to bring structure to complexity—helping organizations prioritize, align, and create conditions for growth.

A professionally trained and certified coach, Kaylin blends strategic insight with a people-first approach to leadership development. She is passionate about making work more effective and human.
Kristin Demafeliz
Principal
Kristin is a leadership and team consultant who is passionate about helping people and teams change the way they lead and collaborate together. Over the last decade, she’s worked with and for organizations on their highest visibility transformation projects and initiatives. From biotech to fashion, philanthropy and government, to enterprise software, education to wealth management, the depth and breadth of her experience powers her ability to meld the innovative with the practical.
Drawing from a diverse range of theory, models, and modalities she is known for bringing order to chaos, and for creating the conditions for leaders and teams to problem solve together and better achieve their goals.
Kristin loves to work at the intersection of business strategy and professional growth and development. She believes in partnering with clients to redefine leadership, and co-create team norms that work within their organizational context.
